Immediate Solenis is seeking a self-employed Food Safety Consultant to conduct recurring audits for two globally renowned fast-food brands across multiple sites in Sweden. This is a long-term freelance collaboration with predictable quarterly audit cycles and national travel.
** The Opportunity
** You will conduct structured food safety audits four times per year per brand, ensuring compliance with HACCP, hygiene standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Each audit: approx. 2–2.5 hours on site
• Average workload: 6–7 hours per week
• Some evening and weekend audits on an ad hoc basis
• National travel required
• Mileage, parking, and accommodation reimbursed
There is also potential to support audits in other Nordic countries such as Norway and Denmark, if available.
** Your Profile*
* • Registered self-employed consultant in Sweden
• Strong experience in food safety auditing (QSR/restaurant sector highly desirable)
• Solid knowledge of Swedish food safety regulations and HACCP
• Independent, reliable, and structured in your reporting
• Professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
