A leading insurance group is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure high standards through file review and call monitoring. The role offers full-time remote or hybrid work options for candidates with insurance broking knowledge and at least 2 years of experience. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, report effectively, and demonstrate personal integrity. They should also have a minimum of Cert CII qualification.

This position offers a chance to contribute to customer outcomes and support the QA & Conduct Manager.
