Position: Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30–$50/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Commitment: 3–4 days/week
Responsibilities- Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.
- Review approximately 100 conversations weekly to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Provide structured written QA feedback to improve communication quality.
- Identify and flag any linguistic or safety concerns for further analysis.
- Participate in daily end‑of‑day check‑ins to discuss progress and findings.
- Native or near‑native Mandarin fluency.
- Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred).
- Strong written feedback skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Hourly contractor.
