Remote Quality Assurance Manager

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assuring quality standards and compliance within mission‑critical solutions for the defense industry. Your expertise will help integrate customer requirements and international quality standards throughout diverse projects and product development initiatives.

• Manage Customer Complaints efficiently to maintain a high customer satisfaction level.
• Participate in project milestone meetings to ensure milestone checklist compliance.
• Perform Buy‑off, verifying that deliverables are of the right quality.
• Manage Concessions (Deviations & Waivers) and customer delegations (GQAR, DCMA).
• Conduct compliance evaluations concerning MIL and NATO quality standards and software standards like ED‑109A, DO‑178.
• Provide input and support to Business Areas and projects as a trusted advisor.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, software or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or quality management.
• Understanding of system‑level interactions between mechanical, hardware, and software components.
• Experience in software engineering and development processes preferred.
• Proficiency in performing well‑documented audits (project and process audits).
• Strong skills in Microsoft systems.
• Experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma, is an advantage.
