Role Description

The position of Quality Technician is under the supervision of the Sr Quality Manager. The Quality Technician is responsible for carrying out the daily operations in the Quality department.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Become qualified and work independently in quality processes.
  • Performs daily Quality Control testing.
  • Subject matter expert in Quality Control processes such as incoming inspections/ quality inspection testing/and maintains quality records.
  • May also support record administration, batch record reviewing, including Certificate of Analysis/ Certificates of conformance creation for product lot release.
  • Review records for good documentation practices.
  • Must deliver work on time, according to operations’ schedule.
  • Work with Operations and/or Quality to resolve manufacturing documentation issues.
  • Recommend changes to quality documentation.
  • Manages calibration operations for manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Support NCMR and CAPA investigations when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Local (Arkansas based)
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
  • Previous experience in quality or laboratory work
  • Very high attention to detail with a keen understanding of manufacturing/production documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
Position Requirements
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment
  • Can work on their feet for 1-2 hr. periods
