We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Quality Technician to support quality assurance and compliance initiatives across our operations. This role is responsible for monitoring processes, conducting inspections, analyzing quality data, and ensuring products and procedures meet established standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong documentation skills, experience with quality systems, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote quality inspections and documentation reviews
  • Monitor production or operational processes for compliance with internal standards
  • Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and audit documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Assist with internal audits and regulatory compliance activities
  • Track quality metrics and prepare performance summaries for leadership
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance product consistency and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related field
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS)
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Experience with audit preparation and compliance documentation
  • Certification in quality (e.g., ASQ CQI or CQT)
