The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Quality Assurance Representative to join the RPS Setup & Maintenance team in a work from home environment.

Background Details

As a Sr. Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for performing, researching and providing feedback on Setup & Maintenance quality audits at the plan level. You will enable team members to perform their assignments by providing real time feedback/coaching, new hire training, cross-training and knowledge-sharing to peers and more junior team members. What

You’ll Be Doing
  • You will perform routine and increasingly more complex plan-level quality assurance audits in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and audit criteria. You will perform increasingly more complex quality audits within multiple systems/product lines.
  • You will collaborate with management to establish and maintain quality standards and you will validate adherence to quality assurance controls.
  • You will provide coaching and corrections support to team members while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality.
  • You will share feedback with management and appropriate business contacts on identified trends and proactively work across the business to prevent future errors.
  • You will make a positive contribution by making suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures and processes.
What We’re Looking For

Must-have experience (Required):

  • High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control or other related field directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of the role.
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Ability to use sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of the RPS products/systems is helpful.
  • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.

The pay range for this position is $25.51 - $34.01 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
