A growing MGA seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Compliance function in Birmingham. This role focuses on file-based audits, assessing underwriting and claims files, and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in Quality Assurance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. The salary is up to £38,000 DOE, and the role will be office-based for the first two months before transitioning to a hybrid model.
