- Plan, lead, and conduct second‑party Quality Management System (QMS) audits for compliance with relevant standards
- Issue detailed audit reports, including findings and non‑conformances, and review corrective action plans
- Collaborate with regional leads to support and ensure adherence to the audit schedule across RTX sites
- Support data analysis of audit performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in special audits and assessments as needed by business units
- University degree in business administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in QMS auditing within the aerospace, space, and defense industries
- Familiarity with 91XX series and ISO
9001 standards - Existing Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) Certification
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Current authenticated Lead Audit certification
- Certification as an Aerospace Auditor (AA) or Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA)
- Experience in planning and coordinating multiple audits simultaneously
- Proficiency in presenting audit results to key stakeholders and executive management
- ASQ Certification (CQA, CQE, CMQ/OE)
