The Campus Trainee – Application Specialist is responsible for providing on-site application training, perform instrument validations, and deliver technical presentations to support client success along with Trouble shooting.

This position reports to the Regional Application Manager and is part of the Application function located anywhere in India post completion of the training period and will be fully remote. At Beckman coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Provide on-site application training, perform instrument validations, and deliver technical presentations to support client success.
Conduct technical demonstrations, troubleshoot instruments and assays, and offer pre- sales and post-sales support to the sales team.
Lead scientific marketing activities, including workshops, technical meetings, and customer engagement initiatives. Also, collaborate with product management, sales, and service teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

A master's degree medical laboratory technology (MLT) or science graduate (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry).
Successful completion of projects and internal assignments in college.
Ability to logically resolve or troubleshoot issues during crises and leverage expert help.

It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess

Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel across India and flexibility in working hours. Strong planning and customer relationship skills.
Ability to learn and develop skills to handle one or more product groups (e.g., Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, or Chemistry Analyzer).
