Health & Safety Advisor - Real Estate Company
Location:
Central London
Working Pattern:
Hybrid (3 days in the office, plus home-based work and client site visits)
Travel: UK-wide travel to client locations and regional offices - occasional
Join my client, a leading real estate organisation, as part of their Health & Safety team. In this role, you will support the management of commercial projects across retail and office environments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. This hybrid position offers a strong balance of office work, remote flexibility, and on-site engagement.
Salary:
Up to £55,000 + £4,000 car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with site management teams, surveying teams, and service partners
Attend site meetings to assess and advise on health & safety standards
Lead accident and incident investigations
Produce risk liability reports and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Deliver induction and refresher training programmes across the wider team
Partner with the Risk Team to meet compliance objectives and KPIs
Conduct comprehensive site audits and ongoing compliance monitoring
Ensure operational site teams effectively manage identified risks
Oversee compliance with the Management Services Agreement (MSA) and manage related HSE liabilities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in property, construction, or a related sector
Strong background in providing H&S training and support to teams
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations
NEBOSH Diploma preferred; NEBOSH Certificate beneficial but not essential
Confident, client-facing professional experience in a similar role
