Founded in 2019, Edible Uprising Farm is a one acre hand‑tended, low‑and‑no‑till vegetable farm situated within the city limits of Troy, NY. We grow over 250 varieties of vegetables and flowers on raised beds, all of which are thoughtfully farmed using organic techniques to ensure soil health.
Our motto on the farm is “everything with intention,” which translates to careful consideration of the impact of each choice we make for short‑term and long‑term consequences. We offer vegetable and flower CSAs to 140 local families, most of whom live within two miles of the farm, and work with local chefs who share our passion for quality ingredients.
