Are you passionate about nature, community action, and making a real difference in your city? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside residents, volunteers, and local businesses to care for Cambridge’s parks, open spaces, and places of interest.
In this role, you’ll help enable communities to enhance biodiversity, make environmental improvements and run educational campaigns. You’ll be outdoors, hands-on, and at the heart of building stronger, greener communities.

A successful candidate will take on a Level 4 community engagement apprenticeship as part of this role, with a mixture of on the job training and off-site learning.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri, with occasional evenings and weekends required
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £32,597 - £36,363 per annum (City Pay Band
4)
Location: working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices. Work from home is very limited within this role.
