Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Veterinary Technician, located in Winston-Salem, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include providing high-quality animal care, assisting in veterinary technology tasks, administering anesthetics, monitoring pets under anesthesia, and educating clients about pet care and health. The role also involves collaborating with veterinarians and other staff to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Animal Care and Pet Care
- Knowledge and experience in Veterinary Technology
- Expertise in Anesthesiology, including administering and monitoring anesthesia
- Strong skills in Client Education to guide pet owners on health and care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is a plus
