Window Cleaning Technicians & Drivers!

Men In Kilts Calgary is looking for skilled Window Cleaning Technicians who are also drivers! If you're motivated, hardworking, and enjoy being recognized and compensated for your effort, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We’re recruiting Apprentice Technicians to quickly step into a Lead Technician role. Your earning potential is in your hands!

Our technicians provide top‑quality services, including:

• ✅ Interior & exterior window cleaning
• ✅ Gutter cleaning
• ✅ House washing & pressure washing
• ✅ Snow removal (seasonal)

First month (training period): $20.00/hour
After training: Performance pay based on production

Full‑time: 40+ hours per week, Monday – Friday
Peak season: Expect to work 2 Saturdays per month (but no more than 5 days per week)
Other: Occasional marketing events throughout the year
