Overview
We are working on an exciting new opportunity with a growing healthcare company seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in Seattle, WA to work visiting patients at home and virtually. - Full time schedule in patient homes and at home:
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - Visit patients in their homes 4 days/week; 1 day remote during non-travel weeks
- Travel up to one hour from home within the Seattle area; travel could be quarterly, up to 3 days at a time and up to ~200 miles away
- Licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
- Home care or hospice experience preferred
- Chronic disease management experience preferred
Pay: flexible
