Salary Range: $69,908 - $116,480

A Nurse Professional Development Generalist (Nurse Educator) is responsible for supporting the ongoing education and professional development of nursing staff. This role involves assessing the educational needs of nursing teams, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring that nurses maintain competencies aligned with the latest clinical standards and regulations. The role collaborates with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes, promote evidence-based practice, and enhance the overall quality of care.
Education& Certifications
- BSN (required)
- RN active in VA (required)
- BLS (required)
- Advanced or specialized life support certifications required upon hire as defined by specific specialty.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing (required).
