Large Multi-Specialty Group owned and led by physicians, and shares a deep commitment to providing the highest quality care, while building enduring relationships with their patients is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a group of dedicated providers in Central Connecticut

Primary responsibilities will include providing quality professional care to achieve and maintain optimal patient health.

This includes providing primary and preventative care for new and established patients. Conducting Physical exams, medication reviews, and medication screenings

Treating and diagnosing chronic illnesses as well as episodic disorders, providing patients with treatment plans, and follow up on patient care

Provider will have a 4 day work schedule consisting of Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 Am – 5:00 PM and Wednesday 8:30 Am – 7:00 PM. No Nights, Weekends or Call Coverage
