- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and perform clinical procedures like IV infusions, wound suturing, and catheterization.
- Administer treatments, educate patients on disease management, and utilize EHR systems for documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care and discharge planning.
Requirements: Current NP license, experience in critical care preferred, proficiency with EMR/EHR and telehealth platforms, and ability to perform complex procedures. Experience with diverse populations is valued.
