• Serve as the primary regional liaison for critical access hospitals, focusing on acute stroke management and process optimization
• Build relationships through regular virtual communication and monthly in-person visits
• Coordinate all aspects of the Tele Specialists partnership, ensuring contract expectations and performance standards are met
• Support regional teams in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing effective workflows
• Work closely with a small, collaborative stroke program team including program managers and coordinators

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the state of practice
• 3–4 years of nursing experience
• Current Infant–Adult Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross) certification

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of neuroscience nursing experience
• Clinical leadership experience
• Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) or Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN)
