- Serve as the primary regional liaison for critical access hospitals, focusing on acute stroke management and process optimization
- Build relationships through regular virtual communication and monthly in-person visits
- Coordinate all aspects of the Tele Specialists partnership, ensuring contract expectations and performance standards are met
- Support regional teams in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing effective workflows
- Work closely with a small, collaborative stroke program team including program managers and coordinators
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the state of practice
- 3–4 years of nursing experience
- Current Infant–Adult Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross) certification
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of neuroscience nursing experience
- Clinical leadership experience
- Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) or Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN)
