Nurse Practitioner – Orthopedic Pain Management (Flexible PT) About the Role

Freeman Orthopedics & Pain Center is an expanding Orthopedic Pain Practice seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. We operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment, offering cutting-edge solutions for chronic and acute pain. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture and provide training and support that is second to none. You will be rounding in skilled Nursing Facilities in your desired area.

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and screenings.
• Diagnose complex health issues and develop multi-modal treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment notes.

• Licensure:
  Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey (Required).
• Credentials:
  Valid DEA license for controlled substances.
• Compliance:
  Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Bonus:
  Previous experience working or rounding in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) is a major plus.
