Job Opportunity – Hospice RN – Central Vermont

Schedule:
Friday through Tuesday (or Saturday through Tuesday); home-based hospice care
Highlights:
Hospice case management in a home health setting
Serve patients in a rural Vermont community
Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
Long-term assignment with stable scheduling

Requirements:
Active Vermont RN license (or eligible for compact licensure)
Minimum 1 year of hospice case management experience required
Prior experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
Rural or travel nursing experience strongly preferred
Reliable transportation and comfort with rural geography
