** Job Description
** Assist RN with Telehealth monitoring and installations.
* Requirements: LPN-MO & KS, drivers license, chauffeurs license to drive company vehicle for telehealth deliveries
* M-Th each week, then work from home monitoring HRS every other Sat & Sun.  Every Friday off, there is some flexibility with this schedule, but still would require weekend work
* Installation of telehealth monitors in patient homes
* Monitoring of biometrics every other weekend and coverage for high volume, vacation times
* Assist with troubleshooting monitors
* Clean, restock, and keep track of inventory
* Chart in medical records and HRS program when indicated
* Contact physicians for patient concerns, vital signs outside of parameters and receive and write any new orders received from physicians
* Assign visits in EPIC scheduling as indicated#
