Job Description

Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and support for home care clients throughout Chatham County, Georgia and surrounding counties.

We serve seniors and disabled adults who wish to remain safe and independent in their homes. This is an ideal opportunity for an RN seeking a flexible, part-time nursing position outside of a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time RN in our home care agency, you will:

Conduct initial and quarterly client assessments in the home

Develop and update individualized care plans

Perform routine supervisory visits

Monitor client status and adjust services as needed

Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to caregivers

Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule

Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needs

Travel required within Chatham County and nearby surrounding counties

Qualifications

Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)

Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred

Home care experience preferred

Strong assessment and care planning skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
