Overview

Sentara RMH Medical Center is now hiring a part‑time Supervisor, Patient Care Services for the Orthopedic/Observation unit. The Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services plays a key leadership role in the department, supporting the manager in overseeing all patient care activity on the unit. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of care, coordinating daily nursing activities, facilitating communication between medical teams, assisting with training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.

• 2 years of nursing experience
