Family Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient) - Alabama. Join a group of providers who are leading the way to better health by treating chronic illness with a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all facets of the disease process and employs patient self-management. The Nurse Practitioner delivers primary and preventive care services according to established protocols and under preceptorship of a designated physician. The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner provides primary care including counseling and referral as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Experience or licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary and preventive care in an outpatient setting. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to follow established protocols under physician supervision.
