We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide infusion therapy services to stable outpatient patients in the Kilgore, Texas area.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care in the home setting. Nurses operate independently while supported by a clinical coordination team and specialty pharmacy partners to ensure safe, high-quality infusion delivery.

• Administer infusion therapies per provider orders and established clinical protocols.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-infusion assessments.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Initiate and maintain IV access, including peripheral IVs, PICCs, and implanted ports.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, infusion process, and post-infusion care.
• Document all clinical care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy and clinical coordination teams to ensure continuity of care.

Required

• Active, unencumbered Texas RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent IV infusion or acute care experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills and experience with infusion pumps.
• Current BLS certification.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Preferred

• Prior home infusion or outpatient infusion experience.
• Experience with specialty medications or biologic therapies.
• CRNI® certification or infusion-related credential.
