Applicants requiring sponsorship must:

• Hold valid UK immigration permission at the point of application.
• Be eligible to switch into the Skilled Worker route under current Home Office rules.

• The Company will cover the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and Immigration Skills Charge (where applicable).
• Candidates will be responsible for visa application fees and Immigration Health Surcharge.
• Candidates will normally be expected to utilise Fast Track / Priority visa processing; associated Fast Track fees are the responsibility of the candidate.

Fast Track processing is strongly preferred to minimise vacancy gaps and support safe staffing levels.

Preference may be given to applicants who already hold the right to work in the UK or who can self‑fund visa application and Fast Track costs.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical prescriptions and care plans.
• Complete physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, health status, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on current medical practices.

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC nursing pin.
• Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing healthcare needs.
