£35,000–£38,000 (DOE)

We’re working with a leading UK healthcare provider to appoint a proactive, compassionate Clinical Homecare Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care across South Wales.

In this role, you’ll provide treatments and clinical support in patients’ homes, schools, and community settings—helping people receive quality care outside a hospital environment. You’ll combine sound clinical judgement with empathy and reassurance, ensuring patients feel safe, supported, and confident in managing their health.

• Conduct clinical assessments and confirm treatment readiness
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies (S/C, IM, IV)
• Monitor patient progress, observe for adverse reactions, and escalate when necessary
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self‑management
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical records that meet governance and compliance standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, consistent, high‑quality care

• Current NMC registration (Adult)
• Proven experience administering injections and infusions (S/C, IM, IV)
• Confidence working independently within a community‑based role
• Excellent attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and patient care standards
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• SACT experience preferred but not essential—training can be provided

• Salary £35,000–£38,000 (depending on experience)
