Registered Nurse Office Manger

We are a staffing agency as well as Home Health care. We are hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our office. We are looking for an RN Nurse Manager who is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family‑like care approach to our clients and their families.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our clients in their homes for supervisory/assessment.
• Supervise a team of field nurses/CNA/HHA’s.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Home Health experience required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Driver's License (Required).
• CPR/BSL (Required).
• Licensed in the state of Massachusetts or eligible compact state licensure.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
• Schedule:
  
  Day shift; 8 hour shifts;
  Holidays;
  Monday to Friday;
  On call;
  Weekends as needed.
• Weekly schedule:
  Weekends as needed.
• Location:
  
  Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 (in person).
• Education/License:
  Current Massachusetts RN license (or eligible compact license) and CPR.
• Home Health experience required.
