Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a hybrid role with a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, allowing you to balance on-site patient care with remote work.

- Education: Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.
- Licensure:
- Active and unrestricted NP license. Active DEA registration.
- Active Medicaid provider status.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Language: Spanish preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients in a multi-specialty practice.
- Deliver evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes.
- Hybrid work model requiring on-site presence once per week.
