** Responsibilities:
*** Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care following the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
* Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions.
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Provide patient and family education to support recovery and ongoing health.
* Maintain safety, quality, and professional standards in all aspects of patient care.

* Qualifications:

* ** Valid RN license
** in the state of Virginia (or compact state).
* ** BSN or MSN preferred.**
* ** BLS certification
** required within 90 days of hire.
* ** ACLS certification
** required within 1 year of hire.
* Prior intermediate or critical care experience preferred..
