We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts to provide clinical services via telehealth. In this role, you will assess patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a broader care team to support ongoing care delivery. This position is well-suited for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable working remotely and managing care for Medicare and Medicaid populations.

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations, including history-taking and clinical assessments, using telehealth platforms

• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Florida and Massachusetts regulations

• Manage follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and other clinical data

• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients

• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

• Document all patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Support care delivery for Medicare and Medicaid patients

• Adhere to clinical protocols, compliance standards, and telehealth best practices

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in both Florida and Massachusetts

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)

• National board certification (AANP or ANCC)

• Experience providing care to Medicare and Medicaid patient populations

• Familiarity with clinical documentation requirements related to billing and reimbursement

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must reside in Florida or Massachusetts

• Multi-state or compact nursing license

• DEA registration or eligibility

• 2 or more years of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related setting

• Prior experience delivering care via telehealth

• Experience working with electronic health records and virtual care platforms

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling

• Fully remote / telecommute role

• Requires a private, secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

• Reliable internet connection and comfort using telehealth technology
