- Remote Positions in Atlanta, Georgia
- Per-visit compensation model
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and census
- Physician oversight and clinical support provided
- Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and follow-up assessments
- Develop and implement wound care plans under physician guidance
- Provide advanced wound care services, including debridement and dressing selection
- Document clinical findings accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with facility staff and care coordination partners
- Support continuity of care in post-acute settings
- Minimum2 years of NP clinical experience
- Wound care or post-acute experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in skilled nursing or facility-based settings
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment skills
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative communication style
- Per-visit compensation
- No primary care panel
- No billing or scheduling responsibilities
- Clinical focus within a structured, physician-led model
