We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple positions: part time, per-diem, full time, and flexible hours across Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Lincoln, Maynard, Lowell, and surrounding areas. Salary ranges from $50-60k depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting.
  • Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure highest level of patient care.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
  • CPR certification.
  • Reliable car, driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice or skilled nursing.
  • Proficiency in IV infusion therapy, including medications, hydration and TPN.
  • Experience in wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/Wound VAC management.
  • Sales & business development mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
  • Leadership and management skills – supervise, train and mentor nurses, aides and caregivers.
  • Care plan development – skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans.
  • Quality assurance & risk management – auditing, incident reporting and maintaining compliance with policies.
  • Problem-solving & decision-making – handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges.
  • Flexibility & availability – comfortable with on-call responsibilities and emergencies.
Nice to Have
  • Home health or private duty nursing experience – familiarity with Bright Star Care’s business model is a plus.
