Responsibilities- Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying barriers to therapy and guiding patients to overcome them.
- Educate patients on therapy, dosing, benefits, side‑effects, insurance coverage, and financial assistance.
- Facilitate communication with patients’ insurers to determine coverage and out‑of‑pocket costs.
- Advise patients on stress management and triage additional non‑program support needs.
- Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with SOP and manufacturer quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in relevant disease states.
- Experience in call‑center triage, utilization management, or case management is a plus.
- Strong clinical knowledge of disease state, treatment protocols, and prescribing algorithms.
- Computer literacy and ability to adapt to changing assignments.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and physicians.
- Ability to multitask, recognize emotions, and maintain professionalism with honesty and integrity.
- Thrives in independent and collaborative settings, adapts to change, and seeks continuous improvement.
- Adaptable, innovative, and achievements‑driven with a proactive mindset.
- Must have an active RN license.
- 2–3 years of nursing experience; disease‑state experience preferred.
- Experience in nurseline triage, call‑center utilization management, or case management.
- Case‑management or clinical‑trial nurse experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Remote eligibility subject to business needs and applicable work‑from‑home criteria.
- Minimum 6‑month tenure required for lateral or promotion consideration.
- Travel flexibility, if needed, is preferred.
- Regular talking and hearing; sitting for long periods; typing 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
- Inbound and outbound call handling for patients.
- Rotating schedule between 8 AM and 11 PM, Monday‑Friday.
- Professional office environment with standard office equipment.
- Limited travel, if required.
