Hospice LVN Runner

Overview

The Hospice LVN Runner provides essential nursing support across multiple patient locations, responding promptly to patient and family needs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, high-quality care is delivered in patients’ homes or facilities.

• Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision, following established care plans.
• Travel to various patient locations to administer medications, perform assessments, and address urgent clinical needs.
• Communicate effectively with the hospice team, patients, and families.
• Document care accurately and promptly.
• Maintain supplies and equipment in your vehicle to respond quickly to patient needs.

• Current LVN license in the state of [Insert State].
• Minimum 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
