Integrated Care Clinician (Nurse)
The post holder will undertake remote telephone assessments of patients in an efficient way. They will advise the most appropriate intervention to meet the needs of the patient using best clinical practice, adhering to Trust Policy, protocols and guidelines. Will work in an autonomous capacity, assessing and advising callers within agreed guidelines.

We are looking for more nurses to join us in meeting the challenges of urgent and emergency care across Wales.
111 Wales/ IC is the service that gives the people of Wales access to Urgent out of hours care, 24-hour health information with sign posting and access to urgent dental services.
- Work in an autonomous capacity, assessing and advising callers within agreed guidelines.
- Draw upon clinical assessment skills to help and advise a broad spectrum of patients, from minor ailments and injuries to complex and urgent conditions, in a remote clinical decision-making environment.
- Collaborate with urgent care GPs, pharmacists and Mental Health Practitioners as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Engage with thousands of patients each week to deliver urgent care services.
