Intella Triage Nurses enjoy the benefits of working from home, providing care, without the stress and expense of commuting each day!

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• MUST live in or work from a Compact U.S. state
• Minimum of 2 years as a Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast‑paced environment (e.g., ED, Critical Care, Surgical Services, Med/Surg)
• Must have high‑speed internet
• Must be tech‑savvy, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and have no concerns typing
• Must be available to work 2 out of every 3 weekends and 1 weekday per week

• Work 3 shifts per 2‑week pay period:
  Monday‑Friday, rotating 5 p‑11 p CST
• Work 2 of every 3 weekend rotations (Saturday & Sunday), rotating 8 a‑4 p / 2 p‑10 p
• Provide patient care on the Nurse Advice Line without call quotas
• Deliver immediate nurse response to triage line callers
• Complete required documentation and charting before ending shift
• Receive 3‑week remote training:
  Week 1 Monday‑Thursday 9 a‑6 p CST, remaining weeks as scheduled with preceptor
• Perform shift prep by clocking in 30 minutes prior to calls

• Any nurse may pick up additional shifts as opportunities arise
• Follow verbal and written instructions and be comfortable with technology
• Maintain a home office or quiet space that is HIPAA‑compliant and free from distractions
• Remain in good standing and ensure home‑state license remains active
• Earn CEU’s as required by the states served

• Remote work with laptop and headset provided
• High‑speed internet (fiber optic or coaxial) required;
  Wi‑Fi not compatible
• Competitive hourly pay of $25 for fully trained nurses; part‑time nurses accrue PTO based on hours worked
• Part‑time nurses receive 3 paid sick days per year and are eligible for a 401(k) plan

All Remote Nurse Advice Line RN's, once trained to their originally assigned team are at $25/hourly. All part‑time nurses accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours they work (per year). All part‑time nurses receive an additional 3-paid‑sick‑days per year. All part‑time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan.
