• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel under your supervision comply with facility policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Availability for 2P-10P shifts with an $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
