Remote Dispatch LPN, Hospice & Home Health – Part Time (Every Other Weekend, 10a‑7p CST)

Join Intella Triage as a Remote Dispatch LPN supporting hospice and home health providers. You will schedule visits and coordinate care during our non‑core hours.

• Every other Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm CST

• Manage encounters that require a nurse visit and are placed in a workgroup by a triage nurse
• Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity and use internal tools to identify the correct on‑call staff member
• Place outbound calls to on‑call staff to arrange visits and relay call information

• Compact LPN license or willingness to obtain one (eligible compact states only)
• Must live in or work from a Compact U.S. state
• Experience with end‑of‑life care required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, writing, and reading proficiency)
• High‑speed internet connection and reliable computer
• Tech‑savvy, keyboard proficient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear communicator, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to multitask

• Paid $19 per hour
• $1 shift differential for overnights and weekends
• Paid time off accrues based on hours worked
