Nurse Practitioner (Remote - California)

Join Prenuvo, a company on a mission to shift from reactive care to proactive health care. Our proprietary whole-body MRI provides fast, safe, non‑invasive scans and integrates cutting‑edge AI to deliver comprehensive health information quickly. We’re looking for a full‑time Nurse Practitioner to join our Prenuvo Medical Group and collaborate with nurses, physicians, technologists, and radiologists to provide safe and efficient clinical services in a remote, flexible setting.

What

You’ll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients before MRI procedures, including reviewing medical history.
  • Collaborate with the Prenuvo Medical Group and referring practitioners to determine MRI appropriateness.
  • Educate patients about the MRI process, address questions, and provide emotional support.
  • Educate patients on MRI scan results, findings, and next steps.
  • Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, self‑care, preventive measures, and coordinate follow‑up care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiology team members and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the team to ensure coordinated care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
  • MSN degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (e.g., FNP, AGNP).
  • NP state licenses in a minimum of three states within the Pacific or Central time zones; you must reside in a PST or CT time zone.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams within clinical settings.
  • Interest in educating and mentoring other providers and contributing to team growth.
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced, innovative startup environment and enthusiasm for evolving processes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, pivots, and change.
  • Background in primary care, radiology, oncology, or concierge medicine preferred.
  • Proficiency in performing consults, active listening, and patient education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across digital and in‑person channels.
  • Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a distributed team.
  • High digital fluency and comfort with clinical documentation tools.
  • Reliability, motivation, and calm demeanor when interacting with patients and staff.
  • Respect for privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
  • Strong time management, good judgment, and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for Prenuvo’s mission and commitment to growing with the company.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of MRI safety protocols, contraindications, and potential complications.
  • Prior remote work experience in telemedicine and digital health.
  • Experience managing clinical projects or operations.
