Obesity impacts more than 40% of the U.S. adult population, and although historically only about 1% of patients received medical treatment, the field of obesity medicine is rapidly growing. All patients work closely with a care team that includes board‑certified physicians, advanced practice professionals, and registered dietitians.

Through our proprietary mobile app, patients engage in regular video visits, text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of clinical care and treat every individual with empathy and respect.

We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about obesity medicine and have recent experience in this specialty to provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity. In this full‑time, remote position you will collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver exceptional team‑based care.

• Have a Nurse Practitioner degree with experience practicing obesity medicine, including evidence‑based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy.
• Licensed to practice and prescribe legally in MI and OH, with preference for multiple state licenses and credentialing with insurance payers in at least one of the following states: MA, NY, TX, NJ, and IL.
• Have 2+ years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics, and/or 2+ years of obesity medicine experience in a primary care/internal medicine setting.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
• Are committed to the highest quality of medical care and an evidence‑based approach to obesity management.
• Have prior experience conducting telemedicine visits and demonstrate a strong “web‑side” manner.
• Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred.
