Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care within a collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes high‑quality outcomes and compassionate, patient‑centered care.

The Cardiology program serves a broad and diverse patient population across Kern County and the greater Central Valley. The practice provides comprehensive cardiovascular services and works closely with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and advanced imaging to deliver coordinated care across the continuum.

• Comprehensive cardiology services, including general cardiology, heart failure management, diagnostics, and preventive care
• Collaborative team‑based model with cardiologists, APPs, and specialty providers
• Established practice with strong referral patterns
• Emphasis on quality and patient experience

• Community‑based practice with strong provider appreciation
• Supportive leadership and mentorship
• Stable schedule supporting work‑life balance

• Salary Range: $122,000 to $167,000 / year
• Productivity bonus opportunity

• 9+ months Cardiology experience
• Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license
• National board certification
• Cardiology experience preferred
