Overview: 14 Week Temp Traveler Position — $70/HR — 2+ YRS L&D EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;
Weekend Night Shift
SENTARA LEIGH HOSPITAL in Norfolk, VA is seeking an EXPERIENCED (2+ yrs required) Labor/Delivery RN. On Call requirements of 2 shifts per 6 weeks period.
EducationAssociates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
Certification/Licensure- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- NRP
Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you will assess/admit patients, perform rounding checks, administer medications, communicate with family members, and be responsible for the overall care of your patients. Collaboration and teamwork are emphasized to ensure the best care for our patients.

Sentara Leigh Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 274-bed acute care facility. The hospital provides a full continuum of orthopedic care, includes an accredited Primary Stroke Center and Magnet nursing excellence, and offers services in orthopedics, spine, heart, vascular, maternity, and general surgery. The facility also houses the regions only 24-hour hyperbaric oxygen program.
