Overview (role details): Registered Nurse (RN) on the Med-Surg/Oncology unit. Full-time schedule with weekly hours: 36. Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The unit offers low patient ratios, teamwork, and a rotating schedule including every third weekend.

The Med-Surg/Oncology Specialty Unit is a 12-bed unit serving medical-surgical patients with oncology care as part of the mix. The unit provides a well-rounded clinical experience with fast-paced med-surg nursing and relationship-based oncology care. The team emphasizes teamwork, strong leadership, and a supportive culture.

• Current RN license or eligibility in the state of Virginia
• BLS required within 90 days of hire (ACLS preferred)
• Previous acute care or med-surg experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
