Account Executive, Allied Health at Medix™ Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $40.67/hr

Responsibilities

• Leverage the remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform to track patient data and trends, respond to alerts, and engage patients with personalized, real-time interventions.
• Partner closely with the clinical care team to coordinate and deliver high-quality virtual care, ensuring continuity and adherence to clinical standards.
• Educate patients on heart failure management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to support effective self-management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, clinical notes, and follow-ups in alignment with provider preferences and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to clinical alerts and patient messages, providing guidance based on established protocols.
• Routinely review RPM and patient-reported data to identify trends and elevate potential concerns to the care team as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Compact RN license with eligibility to practice in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi
• Ability to deliver patient care and education in a virtual setting
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
• Quiet, private home work environment
• Background in Heart Failure and/or Cardiology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote patient monitoring (RPM) and virtual patient education

Schedule

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• Flexibility to work within the 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST time frame preferred
