$50-60 per hour depending upon experience and case complexity.

Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Maynard, and surrounding areas.

Full-Time, Part Time or Per-Diem.

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in‑home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

• Active RN License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification.
• Reliable car, driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clinical Experience – At least 2‑3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN with minimum 2‑3 years of experience.
• Wound Care – Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Problem‑Solving & Decision‑Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and responding to emergencies.

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – Familiarity with Bright Star Care’s business model is a plus.
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
