Job Summary:

Rodgers & Rodgers Consulting, LLC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis! This role involves conducting one-time evaluations for veterans and other military personnel to support Compensation and Pension (C&P) assessments. This position does not involve prescribing or treatment; rather, it focuses on gathering medical history, performing examinations, and completing computer-based reports.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations tailored to each case.

Review patient medical history and analyze case evidence files to extract relevant information.

Complete detailed reports associated with Veterans’ Compensation and Pension Exams.

Collaborate effectively with management, support team members, and partner organizations.

Utilize computer-based tools for examinations, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Certification as a Physician Assistant.

Preferred:
Previous experience conducting Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams.

Previous experience in primary care is also preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in general medical practice.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong technical proficiency with computers and related software.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
