Position: Call Center Telecare Registered Nurse – OVERNIGHT (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct clinical assessments and interventions using the nursing process and established protocols
- Advocate for patients and families by coordinating care with physicians, case managers, and external resources
- Oversee service delivery after hours, including patient education and coordination of interdisciplinary visits
- Document all interactions accurately in patient records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards
- Participate in the orientation of new team members and attend scheduled in-services and staff meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years’ experience in acute-care hospital nursing in fields such as medical-surgical, oncology, home health, or emergency
- Current Registered Nurse License(s) with no restrictions required
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an associate or bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player and manage multiple tasks effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Knowledge of professional nursing principles and crisis management techniques
- Proficiency in telephone techniques, including etiquette and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with applicable state and federal laws pertaining to nursing practice
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
